What happens if you send me the wrong part?
In the rare instance that this would happen, please call us at (585) 277-3224 or email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and we’ll start the return process immediately.
What happens if I order the wrong part?
You’re welcome to return it as long as it’s within 30 days of receipt and the part meets all of the requirements listed on our returns page.
How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?
It depends on what you order, the shipping method you choose, and your location. Most orders will arrive in 2-5 days.
What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?
You will need to request a return authorization within 30 days. Please visit our returns page for details.
What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
Please inspect the packaging before accepting the package. If it appears to be damaged, refuse to accept it. If it was left at your doorstep before you could inspect it, contact the carrier. You will need to file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is accepted and processed, we will issue a replacement. Please refer to our full shipping policy here.
Do you ship outside the US?
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
Yes, we do. We offer 3rd day, 2nd day, and next day.

All orders placed online are encrypted. We also use PCI compliant processes to ensure credit card information is safe.
What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
An order, or a portion of an order, may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and is no longer in our possession. Please call us to arrange your cancellation at (585) 277-3224. Or you can email customer service at email@example.com. A return fee of 25% may apply.
Do I need to have an account to order a part?
No. You can go through the checkout process as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account as it's easier to track order status, view previous orders, etc.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All of our OEM parts are backed by Mitsubishi's 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty.
How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?
Purchasing OEM parts, like those sold on MitsubishiPartsOnSale.com, will not affect your vehicle's warranty.
How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?
Not all aftermarket parts are created equal, but OEM parts are. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer and means that the parts are directly from the factory. They may be a little more expensive, but this assures you the part will be made to your exact vehicle's specifications. OEM parts also typically come with a warranty, whereas many aftermarket parts don't. It's simply not worth the risk to purchase aftermarket parts - you may end up paying less up front but the costs down the road could be significant.
